Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Resora Cortex. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and your workspace.

2. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the service's security.
  • No uploading data you do not have the right to process.
  • No automated scraping or excessive load beyond plan limits.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of datasets and dashboards you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you.

4. AI output, certification, and decisions

Resora Cortex proposes; people certify. AI-generated briefs, metric proposals, scenarios and recalled experience are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or wrong. Certifying a metric definition, accepting a brief, or logging a decision is your judgement, not ours. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for material decisions. We do not warrant accuracy and the service is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

5. Demonstration data

The Apex Meridian demo workspace and any sample boards contain synthetic data created for illustration only. They do not describe any real company and must not be relied on. Demo workspaces are read-only and may be reset or removed at any time.

6. Trials, plans & billing

Free trials run for 7 days from the point your workspace first ingests a document, and may include usage limits (including a cap on the number of boards) while the trial is active. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to trial features may be restricted.

Paid plans are billed per user and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Third-party services

The service uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to host data and generate output, and can connect to systems you authorise (for example a data warehouse). Your use of those connected systems remains subject to your agreements with their providers, and you are responsible for the credentials and access you grant.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination we may delete your workspace content after a reasonable period; export anything you need first.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
